These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Offer”) govern the relationship between the online store Sense of Paradise (“Seller”, “we”) and any individual or legal entity (“Buyer”, “you”) making purchases on the website senseofparadise.tilda.ws.
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store sells goods remotely through the website.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms without prior notice.
1.3. All goods presented on the website are the property of the Seller or its official suppliers.

2. Orders and Payment
2.1. An order is placed through the website and confirmed by email or a call from our manager.
2.2. Payment methods available:
  • bank cards (Visa, Mastercard);
  • online payments via [insert system: MCB Juice, MyT Money, etc.];
  • cash on delivery (if available).
  • 2.3. All prices are indicated in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Mauritius by courier services or postal operators.
3.2. Delivery times depend on the region and are specified at the time of order (usually 3–5 business days).
3.3. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and may be free if the minimum order amount is reached.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.


4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Returns and exchanges are regulated by the Consumer Protection Act (Mauritius).
4.2. Goods may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if:
  • the original packaging and condition are preserved;
  • the goods have not been used.
  • 4.3. Exceptions: underwear, swimwear, items from the “Final Sale” category, and custom-made orders.
  • 4.4. The cost of return shipping may be borne by the Buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects

5. Warranties and Liability
5.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods correspond to their description on the website.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for:
  • incorrect use of the goods by the Buyer;
  • delivery delays caused by courier services;
  • technical failures of internet services beyond the Seller’s control.

6. Personal Data
6.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy & Cookies Policy and the Data Protection Act 2017 (Mauritius).
6.2. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data.


7. Governing Law
7.1. All disputes and disagreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
7.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court of Mauritius.
